Vocalpoint! Seattle has been contributing to Seattle’s performing arts scene for years. Founded in 1982 as the Northwest Youthchoir, the group changed its name in 1988 to Vocalpoint! Seattle to reflect its larger mission to provide professional-level performance opportunities to teens in the greater Seattle area.
Vocalpoint! Seattle’s program is built around the production of classic rock ‘n roll revues staged twice yearly, in the fall and summer. These revues showcase special themes in classic rock from the tight harmonies of the doo-wop sound to the hard-driving rock of the Seventies and Eighties. |
